These are samples of Certificate II in Business, Community Pharmacy and Retail demonstrate the five learn and do steps for each unit. All units at each level follow the same format with minimal differences.

If you wish to place a class order then order by e mail or fax an order form.
1. Order and pay using Pay Pal
Pay Pal is a secure, internationally accepted payment method (used by e bay). Pay Pal accepts major
credit cards and bank debit cards.
Select the product (SKU), enter the quantity and click the Pay Pal ‘Buy Now button. Pay Pal is fine for purchase of samples or small orders - for larger orders place by fax or peter@skillsnow.com.au to save on shipping costs.
PayPal is suitable for samples or one or two books, but for larger orders contact Skills NOW direct to reduce shipping costs.
2. Order and pay by cheque
Fill in order form and post with cheque made payable to Skills Now Pty Ltd:

Open a Skills Now account
Open an account by completing enclosed Account Form - post to above address or fax to
03 5254 3129. Skills Now Pty Ltd will advise when approved.
4. Charge to a Skills Now account
Place order by fax or e mail and charge to approved account. Ensure that all information is provided as per the order form. Payment terms 14 days from invoice date.
5. Bookshops
Contact Skills Now Pty Ltd to discuss supply terms for book stockists.
Delivery arrangements
Standard orders will be processed and dispatched ex Geelong within 4 working days.
Allow for 7 to 10 days delivery time. Delivery will be by Australia Post or courier. If you have any delivery problems, contact us at orders@skillsnow.com.au Urgent overnight/courier deliveries can be arranged but incur an additional charge - contact orders@skillsnow.com.au.
