5 Easy Steps to superior training and assessment
1. Skills and knowledge - trainer explains the skills and knowledge necessary for each units (the ECs & PCs).
2. Notes & ideas - trainees read about the unit.
3. Tasks - Q & As - trainees complete tasks to show that they have read and comprehended the notes and to encourage them to think about retail issues.
4. Learning activities - practical activities to be completed in trainees’ stores or other outlets. Activities aresuitable for trainees whether employed in retail or not.
5. Trainee assessment - activities fully documented for easier and better assessment.
Retail Certificate II is modular in format - all trainees complete the core units. The trainer selects books for electives for General Retail, Fast Food or Bakery.
Certificate II is available now, Certificate III in early September.
